Chicken strips, bell peppers and onion cooked in a skillet with Kabatilo Market Cajun Seasoning.

4 servings · 15 min prep · 20 min cook
Ingredients
- 600 g boneless chicken breast, cut into strips about 1 cm thick.
- 300 g bell peppers, deseeded and sliced.
- 150 g onion, sliced.
- 2 teaspoons Kabatilo Market Cajun Seasoning.
- 2 tablespoons oil, divided.
- 2 tablespoons water, if needed.
Instructions
- Toss the chicken with the Cajun Seasoning and 1 tablespoon of the oil.
- Heat a wide skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in one layer and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, turning, until fully cooked through. Extend the cooking time if needed, then transfer to a clean plate.
- Add the remaining oil, onion and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook for about 6 minutes until the vegetables soften.
- Return the chicken and add the water if needed to loosen the browned bits from the pan. Toss everything for about 2 minutes until evenly heated.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables immediately.
